Scouting map,in Zuldazar is bugged,it shows ! but when you click on it it wont give you new missions in other 2 regions

Hello Artnetwork,

The scouting map is not bugged.

In order to pick a new zone to level in, you must first complete ALL major storylines in your previous zone.

(You need the achievement of having completed the storyline for that zone). There's no way to pick a new zone before that.
