Sha&galleon npc for ally!

For 6-7h since i logged in i still don t see the npc with the quests for Sha&Galleon(ally)

The npc which offers the custom Raid Finder quests (Sha \ Galleon \ RDF) will be deleted and re-added Sunday in order to update quests\bags to phase 2. Also, instead of 15 Random Dungeons we will change it to 10 Random Dungeons and 10 Random Scenarios

damn,didn t do the q.Wouldn 't it be better if added on monday after patch 5.2 features would be on,so ppl still had time to get their q done?
