Bug description: Lower damage, also it takes a while before it starts attacking.
Proof: 7.2.5 vs 7.3.5

//It seems that all elementals are bugged, might be a more general pet/guardian issue. Fire Elemental, Storm Elemental and the elemental spawned from Fury of the Storms trait are not always attacking, but they mostly just sit around when spawned.
