Bug description: Once you talent Icefury it says in the tooltip that your frost shock should consume the charge of Earthen Strength but as it currently is, it does not, instead icefury for some reason consumes the charge while frost shock doesn't.
Proof:



Tooltip of 2p when u talent icefury.
