Bug description: After transforming to Ascendance you should have reseted cd on windstrike(not cd from stormstrike)

Proof: tested on 7.2.5 and still same on previous version 7.1.5, in guides you can see to use stormstrike before ascendances, https://youtube.com/watch?v=eeAV3cNp_Ug&t=582:
