[DUPLICATE] [Shaman][Enhancement] Flametongue attack

Bug description: The 2 dmg from flametongue attack still triggers.(@madau said here : https://forum.wow-freakz.com/REJECTED-Shaman-Enhancement-Spell-Flametongue-attack-t361936.html "This no longer happens since the last fix to echo off elements." ) It is a proc from Echo of elements (cz I tested auto attacks without echo and it doesn't proc) and it shouldn't happen.

Also , I found this : These are the only spells that cannot be duplicated:
-Unleash Wind and Unleash Frost (however, Unleash Flame can be duplicated)
-Searing Totem
-Lightning Shield (including triggers from Static Shock)
-Fulmination (the initial Earth Shock can be duplicated, but the Fulmination aspect cannot)
-Weapon enchant procs (Flametongue Weapon, Frostbrand Weapon, Windfury Weapon)
