Bug description: Casting second frostbrand should stack with the first proc up to a max of 20 seconds buf
Ex:if frostbrand is active with 5 seconds duration,using it again should increase duration to 20 seconds

Same problem as flametongue.

Confirmed, the flametongue one has already been reported and the same issue seems to apply to frostbrand duration.
