Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Flame shock nu are durata corecta .Ar trebui sa aibe 18 sec fara glyph si 27 cu glyph
Dovada / Proof: Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): DoT duration increased from 18 to 24 sec. (deci in cata a fost 18 sec) luat din http://www.wowpedia.org/Flame_Shock

I've done some intense testing and it seems its duration is affected by haste. We have to wait until haste is fixed.
