Bug description: Healing rain should do a partial tick at the end of duration
Proof: https://www.askmrrobot.com/wow/theory/mechanic/spell/healingrain?spec=ShamanRestoration&&&&version=7_1_5_23420 - Even though this is not a HoT, it will do a partial tick at the end.

Confirmed.

Should have base 6 ticks + haste.
