Bug description: Totems are not affected by PvP Power, it only heals % of spellpower, even in arenas. Not affected by battle fatigue at the time of the screenshots in the arena. Not affected by mastery either, as you can see in the screenshot where the rogue is bursting and the healing recieved is still 25k (check the stats in the last screenshot, 71% mastery)

If totems should not be affected by these two stats, ignore this post, couldnt find any blizz-related forum to confirm or deny that they should be affected
