Shop issue/ response time

Dear all,

how long is the response time of the shop in general? ([email protected])
On Friday (19.03) I donated for a full 395char and missclicked. So I wrote a mail to [email protected] and asked for help/ refund.

I havent got a reply since then. I really want to play with the char I donated for. I am a supporter of this server and spend over 500bucks.

Hopfeully you can help me out and solve this issue.

If this is not the correct section, please tell me which is (I didnt find anyone tha said "Shop" or something like it).
