Shoulder enchant drops (Salvaged armor,Argunite Cluster etc...)

Bug description: few days ago i purchased https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=153247&&name=boon-of-the-lightbearer enchant for shoulder from vendor so i decided to try it out today,after few minutes of farming i've noticed that every single bag (from links above) can be looted either you had that enchant on shoulder or not. also i looted 11 bags in less then 25 minutes and acording to this post here:https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Item-General-Shoulder-enchant-drops-Harvested-Goods-Scavenged-Cloth-etc-t463470.html you can loot only 1 bag every 30 min.

Note for GM:i had to speed up video because it was too long,if you check video description i've made a list of every bag i looted so you can skip all unwanted parts.

So what exactly is the 'bug' that they drop off mobs outside of raids like ToS wich they actually do if you look at wowheads drop list, but freakz had pet goodie bag only droping off raid mobs and 'if you have this quest this npc is visible' mobs?

8 months I used the engineering shoulder enchant only 1 drop and that was in a raid I just happened to be lucky enough to do.
6 months of using Zookeeper until I realized the only mobs that droped the sack was in ToS
Rest of the bags I tried at various times and for varying lengths.

What the shoulder enchant bug should be is that it is giving this effect as if the person had Boon of the Nether enchant

** Personally I say leave it seeing how it's not game breaking or anything and actually works

Light's Fortune enchant did not work and drop until I actually put the shoulder enchant on.

Argunite Cluster enchant did not work and drop until I actually put the shoulder enchant on.

the way i see it you didn't understand my post so let me explain again:what i'm saying if you have FOR EXAMPLE https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=153247&&name=boon-of-the-lightbearer enchant on your shoulders it means you can loot only https://www.wowhead.com/item=153248/lights-fortune i never mentioned any raid or mobs. this post was all about having enchant for something that you actually need and in order to not exploit that need,it also haves cooldown (which in this case also doesn't work). If you look at my proof i left in original post i looted almost every possible bag having just 1 shoulder enchant that's why i posted this report because it doesn't work as intended
