[Silithus] Cannot turn in quest "Champions of Azeroth". Magni Bronzebeard is missing.

Character name: Notvarian
Bug description: The NPC that should be used to turn in the quest (Magni Bronzebeard) is missing/invisible in Silithus. As you can see there is a yellow question mark
on the minimap but NPC is missing.
I don't have Heart of Azeroth, if that matters.
