[Silithus][Temple of Ahn'Qiraj] Secrets of the Qiraji

Bug description: After getting 1 https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=21230&&name=ancient-qiraji-artifact you can do the quest as many times as you want, since the quest item doesn't disappear. This is highly exploitable to farm rep for the Brood of Nozdormu, since the grind is one of the longest rep grinds in the game and shouldn't be this easy. You should only be able to do the quest once per artifact you get, and thus disappear once you did the quest, and you need to get another artifact to do the quest again.

you reporting this after you done exalted or before ? and that is not exploit (exploit mean to sell character for real money or to hack some boss for loot you cant get using glitch)

This was my first time entering AQ40 on my mage, so I'm still at the earliest stage of the reputation.

I also mentioned exploit because this bug is exploitable.. Whether or not others would call it an exploit is up to them, I'm just using it as an English term.
