Bug description: Upon Use - Simple Tome of Bone-Binding, it does not grant the ability to tame undead pets. (Undead pet list https://www.wowhead.com/guides/undead-hunter-pet-tames /

(note for first (1) screenshot: ran script to check IsQuestFlaggedCompleted for ['Undead']=62255 where id 62255 is Effect #0 granted by using Simple Tome Of Bone-Binding item.)

Steps to reproduce bug:
(1) Use Simple Tome of Bone-Binding on Hunter class.
(2) Try casting Tame Beast on any Undead NPC from this list https://www.wowhead.com/guides/undead-hunter-pet-tames
(3) Check UI error message.

Note: Tame Beast - https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=1515&&name=tame-beast has "Undead" included in category "Only usable on creatures:" but it still doesn't work.
