Small stutter

Hello. I always have noticed small stutterig every 10 seconds wherever i am in Broken Isles or other zones. I have set everything to lowest,i have 100+ fps in Broken Isles and my ms is home(90) world(~100) which is weird since on other servers its like 50-60 and less but never mind.
My setup is:
AMD Radeon R7 250 2GB GDDR5 128bit
Intel Pentium G4560 @3.5GHz
4 GB DDR4-2133 HyperX RAM Memory
HDD 500 GB
Windows 10 Professional 64bit

I know the graphics are not that great but come on it should be at least somehow better than this...

Btw i am not running any background applications and unnecessary processes.

I don't really think a G4560 should have problems with WoW, I've played on worse, I did however find a link where someone had a similar problem. Try and check this link out and scroll down to the "Best answer." Also, if you're using any addons, try disabling them and run around a bit, if you don't experience the stuttering while they're disabled it could be an addon issue. Your hard drive and ram is on the low side, which could result in a choppy experience, I'd recommend upgrading those 2 components. 4 gb is a bit low in terms of ram.

You could also try and reduce your rendering scale in Graphics > Advanced, Your game might look blurry but the game will be playable for you until the solution is fixed.
