Someone help me..

ok so i posted here cuz i din know whr to put this topic.....i deleted my worgen druid a few days back,realized it was a mistake and tried restoring it from the site.The problem is at first the site gave me an option of recover i clicked on it then it said it would take 24 hrs.Now its been over 30 hrs no charector back and now i dont have an option of getting my toon back...it says 0 deleted char...dunno what to do..some1 pls help me...if this is not the correct place to post this tell me whr should i post...ty

I dont wanna make new topic, but i have SAME problem. Deleted 85lvl char on Exodus, wanted to restore but there is no char ingame, ive done it few days ago and still. Character list is empty, but on ingame logs i can see still my char. Toon is on other account, dont wanna write name of account/char because of safety

Unfortunately I have no access to this part of the website but I can confort you with the fact that your character is not lost.
Please have some more patience because Shocker is very busy with all the "new" stuff going on (ddos, developing, etc.)
