Spell Delay while High Population

There are high delays while using spells and abilities when the server reaches 2k+ or 2.5k+ population.So i am having to press the bound keys 2-3 times in order to use any spells.It's making the PVP almost impossible to play at these peak hours.The latency is pretty much normal(140-150ms) but the delays are really awefully high.I can confirm there's everything fine from my ISP side.Anyone else having this issue ? Anyway can it be fixed ?.Looking for a staff response.Thank you.
