Bug description: The neck does not increase max mana on my healer, wanted to donate it but with that bug it's not worth.

Yeah, it dosn't work. I don't see any increase in my rage on my warrior, tested on prot, fury and arms spec.

confirmed not mana only dosnt increase rage or energy

Confirmed, Increases no resource at all.
