Bug description: Sorry for maybe stupid topic.... Starling rose is everywhere in suraman and every starling rose drop 3x rose is it normal on 7.3.5 or bugged ?

I am sure herbal is bugged on 7.2.5 i can loot only 1 Starling rose per 1 loot...now it is 3 Starling rose per loot....and its not everything ! When someone looot Starling rose in front of me herb is not missing and i can loot it too....i have bad english i can say it hope you understand me....example...i go for Starling rose to loot but someone from alliance is faster and take it front of me but Starling rose no disappear and i can loot same flower just 2 sec after someone take it before me...its seem bugged sry for me bad english
