Hello! I did the artifact quest, I got them, I went to Order Hall where I got a quest: to speak with Khadgar at Azurewing Repose. I have no flying paths or a npc to get me there so I asked people if I could get there without going by foot. Someone said to abandon the quest and Khadgar will appear at Krasus Landing in Dalaran. So i did...but I can't find Khadgar there and now I can't get the quest again. What can I do?

edit: I solved it.
