Stuck in WOD questline, please help!

The cinematic entry to Draenor & setting up of Garrison went all well until I got stuck with a quest "It's a matter of strategy"
The NPC quest giver has got the CURRENT QUEST notification greyed out which cannot be abandoned to try restarting in any way. I tried moving around half the map looking for other quests to take up but, am unable to proceed with the main quest line. Is there any way to get around it? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the hasty reply. Still then, my character Fury Warrior is already post lvl100 so, I guess it's irrelevant as of now. Anyhow, is there any way to abandon restart the particular quest?

I would have loved to abandon & try again if only it was possible. The problem is, I cannot click on the quest itself. It appears grayed out for some reason
