So, after waiting for a couple of hours for Neltharion's Lair to pop (I never did the hammer quest, so I went in to knock it out), I get in there, and the paladin tank is level 48, and there's no healer.

Needless to say, this run lasted about three pulls.

Entire party:

2 hunters, a mage, a paladin, and a monk.
