Suggestion:Short cooldown Artifact Knowledge.

from 15lvl-25 lvl takes like up to 50 days,to make this is insane.even with compendium lvl 20 it takes up to 25 days.Is it psosible,to make this cooldown for all players short?Thank you.

It's not insane , it's supposed to be like that. You should say thanks because this is 7.1.5 and you can get to AK15 in 1day if you have the resources , if it was a earlier patch you had to wait even more. Getting to 25 takes like 40 days , it's not much. You aren't supposed to max out your Artifact Weapon right off the bat , but you can always grind AP from dungeons/bgs/quests if you wanna have an advantage. I , for myself , got to AK21 and I have 32/34 traits on my main weapon.
Also , this is a blizzlike server and things are supposed to be like this.
