Suramar Daily Chest.

I was able to see the suramar daily chest on my warlock. This was months ago now. I cannot see it on anyother character at all. I have done almost all the suramar quest. I believe I was told that as long as you did the temple quest where you kill the spider thing. Then it would become visible. Is this correct? I'm asking as I cannot see it anymore on any of my characters. Been trying for months to get the paladin hidden artifact. If the chest is working what is the respawn timer? On the database it says 5 seconds, and also that it should be visible now.

I'm not seeing it. I have asked my guild members and they see it. I didn't know if I should of posted a bug report or not on this.

I have actually done way past the point that mny warlock is on with my paladin. And still no chest.

I used to be able to see the chest on my alliance lock. Now unable to see the chest on any toon???? I'm getting confused.

you can see the chest after completing this quest : The Emerald Nightmare: The Stuff of Dreams , or equivalent of 5 chapeters in suramar , but the question is now , why did the torn invitation got removed from the chest , and how do we get it for the mount ? the message that appears when i try to open it on my mage says that only appearances may be looted
