Bug description: If you have Masquerade - https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=211135&&name=masquerade cast on you, NPC should give you quest item just selecting option in talk window, however, right now you don't get any option by interacting with Lady Anastae - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=104394&&name=lady-anastae

Bug 2: This quest should be only available after completing this quest-line, in following order:
An Artisan's Mark - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41123&&name=an-artisan-s-mark
followed by
Pry It From Their Cold, Feral Claws - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41320&&name=pry-it-from-their-cold-feral-claws
All That Glitters - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41307&&name=all-that-glitters
followed by
Estate Jewelry: A Braggart's Brooch - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41465&&name=estate-jewelry-a-braggart-s-brooch
Estate Jewelry: Haute Claw-ture - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41466&&name=estate-jewelry-haute-claw-ture
however quest Elegant Design, and all the prerequisite quests I just mentioned, are available without following quest tree.

I would like to add that* currently, the Masquerade spell dispels itself in the subzone where Lady Anastae resides, making this quest further impossible to complete.
