[Suramar] Essence Triangulation -Thalyssra wont move

Bug description: First Arcanist Thalyssra is always frozen at this essence point and refuses to further interact. Often as well she bugs out and stops following along the way to the various points, and the quest has to be restarted.
Restarted around 7 times and clear cache already but this problem persists

I managed to complete it tonight after a few failed attempts, what i did was go to all the 3 places with her without attacking anything the whole time.

I wasn't able to reproduce the original issue (her being frozen at the essence point) but I did encounter issues where she just disappears/stops following you.
