followed by
Pry It From Their Cold, Feral Claws - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41320&&name=pry-it-from-their-cold-feral-claws
All That Glitters - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41307&&name=all-that-glitters
however quest Estate Jewelry: A Braggart's Brooch, and all the prerequisite quests I just mentioned, are available without following quest tree.

Bug 2: In order to progress with the quest you need to talk to Naltethis - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=104544&&name=naltethis, however upon interacting with this npc there is no "talk" option available.
