[Suramar] - Last Stand of the Moon Guard [Good Suramaritan] (-Moon Guard Stronghold)

Bug description:
I completed the quest [Last Stand of the Moon Guard] (40972) around 15 seconds before a hotfix restart.
I then received a notification that the Moon Guard Stronghold part of the [Good Suramaritan] (11124) achievement has been completed.
The server restarted and after I logged back in, the Moon Guard Stronghold part of the achievement was grey and the story progress was 7/11 instead of 8/11 at the time (it's 10/11 now) .
I then ran the script: /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(40972)), and it told me that the quest was completed.
What I'm getting at is that there can be complications with Achievements and Server Restarts.
This sort of thing can really lock you out of important thing such as Loremaster and Broken Isles Pathfinder.
After I made an Ingame ticket, I was instructed to make a bug report (my issue still remains).
