[Suramar] Still not friendly with the nightfallen is that a bug ?

Bug description: I have complated the nightfallen and the suramar questline but i am still not friendly with the nightfallen and i cannot do the world quests cause of that. Is that bug or something please help me.

i have 1910 reputation points, when i go to the world quests locations its not starting.

if i need to gain reputation in suramar, can someone explain me how can i?
i am newbie player of wow so please forgive me if i am doing wrong things.

Little information : i have Uniting the Isles quest from Archmage Kadgar still not completed. should i complete it for opening world quests?

Hello.

Try turning in the quest ''uniting the isles''. otherwise trying deleting the cache folder and relog.
