Suramar - bugged rare mobs

Bug description:
- Llorian should start an event once you feed him Ancient Mana - but the option is not there.
- Arcanist Lylandre is friendly and her barrier can't be removed since the crystals can't be clicked.
- Ambassador D'vwinn isn't spawned where he should be - instead there is a friendly Commander Vigrox
- Gorgroth isn't spawned
- Myonix doesn't count towards "Adventurer of Suramar", despite having the Vignette-quest completed https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=43358&&name=vignette-myonix
- Artificer Lothaire doesn't correctly animate his minions, but those are necessary to bring down his shield and make him killable (I managed to make him animate one ONCE, but never did so again)
