[PENDING] After killing Hellfire Channelers (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=17256&&name=hellfire-channeler), Magtheridon should become active and his Manticron Cube should dissapear, instead cubes are still active and you need to wait for a lucky moment, when all of them will stop channeling laser into the boss.
