1. Make a new document 400 x 400 and fill it with #ffffff

2. New layer.

2. Draw a circle like this :



3. Right click on the layer and select Blending Options -> Gradient and use the default settings .



4. Make a new layer and select layer 1 and layer 2 then hit ctrl+g this will make a new group . Right click on the group and select merge group.

5. Duplicate this layer and go to edit -> transform -> flip vertical then go to edit -> transform -> scale [ tip: hold the shift key ] make this circle a little bit smaller.



6. Repeat this STEP 5 two more times till you have this result :



7. Group this 4 layers and merge them .



8. Go to Filter -> Pixelate -> Fragment.



9. Duplicate the layer and set the duplicated layer to color dodge layer style.



You should have something like that :



10. Select the two layers and group them .



11. Merge them and then duplicate the layer again.

12. Go to filter -> pixelate -> mosaic and use this settings :





13. Go to filter -> sharpen -> sharpen



14. Hit ctrl+f two or three times.

15. Go to the "group 3" layer and ctrl+c o this little rectangle.



This will select the circle:



16. Go to "group 3 copy" layer and go to select -> inverse

17. Hit delete key.

18. Set the layer to Color Dodge layer style



Result :



19. Make a new layer and draw a circle fill it with any color you want.

20. Right click on this layer go to Blending Options :

Gradient:



Outer Glow"



21. Make a new layer and group it with the little blue circle

Your layer palette:



22. Select Dodge Tool and a big brush with soft edges.

23. Brush around till you get something like that :



24. Select Burn Tool with a big brush with soft edges.

25. Brush around.....



26. Right click on this layer ! Blending options :

Inner Shadow:



27. Make a new layer and draw a circle like this one :



28. Select Gradient Tool and use this setting :



29. Fill it with this gradient and change the opacity .

30. Make a new layer draw a circle and by holding alt and drag down make a slice.

31. Fill the selection with #ffffff and then change the opacity

32. Duplicate the layer then go to edit -> transform -> flip vertical and move the shape up.

33. Make a new layer.



It`s important to move the new layer like in the screenshoot.

34. Select the circle from "group 3" layer [ ctrl + click over the little rectangle ] i marked the rectangle with red :



35. Select a big soft brush with #000000 color and brush around the "group 3 shape".

36. Add your name or your website name and some shadows !
