[Temple of Sethraliss] Can't CC Marksman while cast Power shot

Bug description:
-Intimidating Shout > visual bug (The mob doesn't actually cast however we can see the bar finish the cast)
-Storm Bolt > Ineffective on the mob while cast Power shot (It works outside the cast)
-Shockwave > Ineffective on the mob while cast Power shot (it works outside the cast)

This happen in normal, HC, Mythic and Mythic +
