Bug description: Terminus Signaling Beacon damage hidden aura to reduce damage for no-rdps isn't working.

Trinket did 422 280 damage per hit in elemental and 521 621 in enhancement. Damage in enha got increased by mastery ~23.52% but didnt get reduced by 30% as it should. Most likely affects all other specs.
