The quest was removed by Blizzard and it can't be completable.

all Burning Crusade attunements were removed in Cataclysm in patch 4.3
proof for this one here.
i'm pretty sure The Black Morass dungeon is working; just remove the required attunement for entering in.

Could you fix this, please? You can't follow in quest chain nor enter the dungeon otherwise.
