The CAS error message

Hello. Yesterday everything was just fine. Today morning I wanted to play and after a while, instead of game running the following error occured:

( https://i.imgur.com/aCIMJlQ.png ) <- In case if img doesn't load, also just copy and paste link manually, cuz sometimes weird bug appears.

I did try everything but it just doesn't work. I use Win 7 64x.
