Well i saw some of the posts with the CAS login problem with launcher, yes there is on site how to fix it but what to do if i cant click on settings to set uncheck proxy server?

Try to click on LAN SETTINGS.

WoW Freakz Launcher, unzip, copy and paste into your's launcher that already not working.

You are sure you copy everything from wow-freazk launcher folder to your's not working client?
Becareful becasue this will reset your's settings

Downloading the launcher from https://forum.wow-freakz.com/WoW-Legion-client-t452441.html (last updated: 27-06-2017 17:34) and replacing it with the 1 in the non-working client doesn't work for me...

my god! same problem here .. i recommend make video how to fix this problem XD ... is this server problem or what?
