Bug description: The objective is completed a few seconds after pickup without the need to kill anything BUT there is no way to complete the quest since the option doesn't appear at the top right of the screen (saw how it is supposed to be done in a wowhead video). Instead it shows that it needs to be delivered to someone but when you check the map there is no one to deliver it to. The NPC that gave you the quest doesn't complete it either.
