This problem is haunting me and I have done several things to solve it, for example:
- Deleting folders "config" and "indices".
- Removing "Read Only".
- Disabling Antivirus.
- Disabling Firewall.
- Downloading only the launcher and open it in an empty folder.
- Deleting Battle.net.
- Changing the place folder and giving all permissions.
- Running "launcher_freakz-64.exe" as administrator.
- Downloading a new "shmem".
- Opening "ProgramData" folder and deleting the "Blizzard Entertainment" folder.
And few more things that I'm not remembered at the moment.

A few months ago I had World of Warcraft downloaded by Battle.net that I downloaded the laucher and it worked, however I decided to delete the game and got the copy of World of Warcraft without the laucher and put the laucher again and this error appeared. So I decided to download the game for the torrent thinking that it would solve, but it did not solve.
Does anyone else have any solutions?
