Bug description: Chest doesn't respond to player efforts for returning the quest. After this we should be able to have our bank accesible in Shal'aran. The quest is started by item Traveler's Banking Chest https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=140778&&name=traveler-s-banking-chest. Also item dissapeared from bags after accepting quest (this may be the issue here).
