[The Orebor Harborage] (Zangarmarsh, Outland) - Can't open dialog with npc's from Kurenai

Bug description:
Can't open dialog with Npc Ikuti or others on that location ( Npc's: Maktu, Doba, Puluu, Innkeeper Kerp, in summ all from Kurenai faction) resulting in broken quest chain.

I think your reputation with Kurenai should be at least neutral/friendly to interact with those NPC's.
