The Vortex Pinnacle and mount

Hello everyone, reading here https://www.wow-freakz.com/server_info.php that the Vortex Pinnacle is scriptated.
I entered to look for the Mount Reins of the Drake of the North Wind, drop by Altarius the second boss.
After the first boss though, you can't go on the second platform where you should find the boss in question.
The vortex does not blow up but opens a dialog box where it does not allow you to do anything.
What I ask , that dungeon is really scripted?
Anything you can give me some information?
