today I was playing and I jumped there, then they started whispering to me that it was "exploit"
I would like to know if using the land in my favor is "exploit", I have seen warlocks use portal there and most can go up there

It's not about using the land as your favour, it's about abusing the flaws of the pathing system. Reaching any point in a battleground that cannot be reached by all other players as well is indeed exploiting, and is a bannable offense.

These are locations other classes cant access, and therefore grant you an unfair advantage. Also, on retail these places are generally unreachable.

Almost every single class and spec has the capability to get on roof tops in battle for gilneas, whether it be their own class/spec ability or someone elses, a potion or profession. This happened in retail too. There is no class limitations to doing this. Off the top of my head, a mage or a DK can't get themselves up there, but a warlock or priest can bring them up. The DK for example doesn't have it's own ability to travel 30 yards instantly, but with warlock portal he can, so is that unfair too? These places were not inaccessible in retail
