Bug description: Thistle tea has no effect on energy regen, as you can see my energy continue to regen at the normal rate and I did not receive the +100 energy the tea should give.

Thistle tea is also bugged in that the cooldown does not begin after leaving combat and as such

I didn't notice this originally but after testing thistle tea out again I've noticed that it either does nothing or it will reduce your energy, you can see in the original video that when I used the thistle tea I went down to 5 energy.
