I believe it's very hard to implement thunderforged loot without interfering with the drop chance of non-TF loot, meaning TF will be much more accessible then it should be if we add it.
Burebysta trolling or not probably gave you the appropriate answer.

We won't just simply add TF items in current loot without make a special conversion script like: X item drops, you have 10% chance to be TF and not normal item. No eta tho.
