So I have been trying to get the mount for 3 hours. In the NPC finder it says that the NPC is alive but I have checked all spawning points and I have been flying around the flight paths but still cant find it. Have u guys found him and how?

As specified on the NPC Finder, the spawn chance can be one of those places shown on the map. Search more, he is spawned.

And the the respawn timer is 1d 5h
So the npc Finder isnt working correctly for it?

if it works like retail, TLPD shares spawns with Vyragosa https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=32630&&name=vyragosa. there at least as long as Vyragosa was alive TLPD wouldn't spawn. dunno if its the same thing here

Pooled spawn points also should show its dead location on the map, but it seems there's a issue regarding that. It's not a priority so it this is not gonna be fixed soon.
