[Timeless Celestials] rollback "problem"

Details: I did some gold farming before the rollback and then entered an Ordos raid, and sold to the vendor all the items that i had gathered in the trash runs to clear my bags. Then the rollback came, and i got cooldown on my character at the celestials, no item dirrectly, obviously, then used one of the tokens for a bonus item. Then i got the cloak, which is nice, but when i wanted to look for it in the bags i niticed that the cloak wasn't there, the bags were full with the trash items that i farmed and sold before the rollback.
All summed up: i did some trash, the rollback came, used a token at the celestials and lost the clak from the bonus loot since i had the bags full.
Can you help me, or not?
