[Timer] Resurrection wait-timer

Bug description: Currently the Resurrection wait-timer is bugged. When you die on wowfreakz first death open world it will instantly have you wait 30 seconds to revive, if you die a second time it will be 1 min then die again it should be 2 mins. The bug here is the first timer should be 0 seconds to wait to revive.

How it should work: On retail when you die the first time there is no wait timer at all. Its an instant resurrect. Currently the death re-spawn timers goes like this.
0 > 30 > 1.0 > 2.0
First death > second death > third death and any death after this will be 2mins. Im not sure what the reset time is for these to fall off and go back down to 0.

For me happened to be 2 minutes from first death near the front gates in SW, this bug seems to be affected by certain zones too.

I have also noticed this too. I do not know what triggers it to set what time and where based on your location maybe or pvp? Will have to test more.

Couldn't find solid info when the timer should reset, and from what i've tested here it does not reset (waited ~10 minutes), if you relog while dead it will reset but only visually.
