This trinket has a 50% chance to proc from:

Melee hits
yellow attacks
Seal of vengeance (corruption) dmg
Refreshing Righteous Vengeance (dot)
Holy Vengeance (dot) not sure.

it does however not proc from Command itself.

The result is a 50% weapon dmg (physical) that will proc your seal at full dmg.

This trinket will benefit from every raid buff, the more haste, the more white attacks can proc, the more AP the more the 50% weapon dmg will hit and so will the seal at the same time.

Good luck to those out there waiting for this trinket.

bump, trinketa ar trebui sa procuiasca de pe toate cele de mai sus, aici procuieste doar de pe white dmg -> e destul de useless pt retpala.
LE: testat pe versiunea de heroic.

Update: pe langa lipsa procurilor pe sealuri, trinketa are un proc chance f mic in comparatie cu cel de pe blizz, in ~10 minute am avut 4 procuri.

I can also confirm that it is currently bugged. 1. It should be able to activate the effects of a seal (Righteousness, Command, Vengeance, Light, Wisdom), but it doesn't. It's also not normalised so upon the activation of the seal it should have the same effect as if you made an auto-attack, as in 100% seal damage and not 50%. - Doesn't work.
2. It should have a change to activate from Righteous Vengeance refreshing, but it doesn't. - Doesn't work.
3. It should have a chance to active from Holy Vengeance refreshing, but it doesn't. - Doesn't work.
4. It should have a chance to be activated from seal attacks and it does. - Works.
5. It should have a chance to be activated from all melee attacks and it does. - Works.
4. The motes of anger should also be able to activate ppm based effects ie: Berserk, Swordguard Embroidery, Frostforged Champion and so on (I'm not sure whether it does that now). - Unknown.
